Instructions
Step 1
Cut Kabocha pumpkin and slice it into thin and small pieces. Slice and dice some garlic and ginger.
Step 2
Add butter in a skillet to melt, further put diced garlic, ginger and salt in to mix for under a minute. Then add sliced Kobacha pumpkin in to stir fry. Simmer on medium heat with lid on after adding in a small amount of water in the skillet(you may stir with spatula to prevent pumpkin slices from sticking).
Step 3
A few minutes later, simply season cooked pumpkin with black pepper and chicken powder, it’s now ready to serve.
