Instructions

Step 1
Set slow cooker to saute and and saute beef, onion and pepper for 30 mins, add the spices and pastes towards the end of this time
Step 2
Switch the slow cooker to slow cooker on low for 5hours 30 mins and add the stock and tomatoes and stir
Step 3
30 mins before the end add the beans and finish the cook serve with tortilla chips or rice
