Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl and set aside
Step 2
Combine all wet ingredients in a separate larger bowl
Step 3
Slowly incorporate dry ingredients into the wet batter bowl and mix well leaving no dry spots
Step 4
Put batter into bread tins and fill. Leave about a half inch at the top of the tin for bread to rise in the oven.
Step 5
Cook on the top rack of the oven for approx 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when stuck into the middle of the bread.
