Instructions
Pie dough
Step 1
Mix the flour, sugar and egg yolks with cold margarine, knead it till fully combined
Step 2
Cut 1/4th and put both pieces into the fridge

Peel and grate the apples
Step 4
Mix the grated apples with cinnamon and sugar
Pepare the pie
Step 5
Prepare a bread pan (4.5x3x8.5 inches) by setting a baking sheet coated in a little bit of margarine inside

Step 6
Roll the large piece of the dough to an uniform thickness, around 1/2 cm thick, tear pieces off and mold them into an open box against the walls of the baking tray

Step 7
Fill the box of dough with the apple filling, be sure to squeeze out the juices before placing them inside
Step 8
Mix the potato flour, egg whites and sugar in a mixer on high until they foam

Step 9
Fill the pie dough with the foam
Step 10
Grate the remaining pie dough ontop of the assembled pie
Step 11
Bake in 180° for 1 hour in the middle rack
