Instructions
Step 1
Mix hemp seeds, tsp salt, mustard, lemon juice, and white vinegar in food processor to make a vegan parmesan.
Step 2
Add 2 big pinches lactic acid for a cheesy flavor. Mix. Add 1/4 cup + 1/8 cup cold water and mix.
Step 3
For fishy flavor, add 1 tsp capers and mix. This is to taste. 1/2 tsp capers is good too.
Step 4
Your dressing is done!
Step 5
Makes about enough servings for 6 wraps and maybe 3-4 salads.
