Instructions

Potatoes

Step 1
First boil the potatoes until fork tender

Smash into oiled baking tray and bake at 225C for 30 minutes

Caramelize onions with butter

Stir fry salami and garlic till crispy
Step 5
Mix together mayo, yogurt, seasoning and chopped herbs

Combine

Step 6
Assemble the salad by mixing the fried onions salami and garlic with the sauce, add in like juice and potatoes
