Instructions
Step 1
Roast the courgette and pepper with seasoning and olive oil (20-25 mins).
Step 2
Wrap the fillets in aluminium foil with a bit of oil and lay on a baking tray. Bake at 160°C fan for 15 mins.
Step 3
Pour 125ml of boiling water over 100g of coucous.
