2avocados

50golive oil

2lime
juice limes

2lime zest
limes

0.5 bunchcoriander

1 tspbouillon

Instructions
For the avocado pesto
Step 1
We cut theCut the avocado in half, remove the pit and use a spoon to empty the flesh into the food processor.
Step 2
Add olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, fresh coriander, bell pepper, salt, chopped garlic and whisk to combine the ingredients.
Step 3
When the pesto is ready, transfer it to a bowl.
For Serving
Step 4
Put a frying pan on the fire to heat. Add cashews and sauté them.
Step 5
Add the hot pasta to the bowl with the pesto and mix.
Step 6
Add the cashews, fresh basil, olive oil and serve.
