30-Minute Beef Stroganoff

I like Natasha’s Kitchen recipe better. Maybe it just needed more salt? Or maybe it would be better using the white wine. I might try it again and just add salt to the sauce before adding the meat back in. I also might use garlic salt and garlic pepper instead or regular to season the steak

Made this using stew meat and a little extra Greek yogurt. Super yummy!! We all liked it, and even had roasted asparagus on the side. We'll probably make this again.

I used thinly sliced sirloin.

Super good! Made with sirloin chunks…. Will cook beef for less time in the future. Cooked exactly to recipe but added thyme. Yum!!

I liked it, but hubbie didn't like all the mushrooms.

Used london broil. needed to braise for 30 min in broth to tenderize.
