This is another dip that you will struggle to find that fits the High Satiety criteria as most sour cream dips have energy densities of around 2.5 calories per gram. Our tasty version is just a fraction of that and is also high in protein. You can adjust the quantities of cheese, onion and garlic for your preferred taste and this condiment will still be low energy dense.

Instructions

Step 1
Thinly slice the spring onions, grate the garlic and chop up the chives. Place these ingredients in a bowl with the sour cream, yoghurt, cottage cheese and lemon juice. Season with a pinch of salt and mix well. Leave overnight in the fridge for the flavours to infuse. Makes around 220 g.
