Instructions

Step 1
Put chicken broth, chicken base, and vegetables in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Cook 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Step 2
Mix xanthan gum into evaporated milk. Stir into pot. Heat for 2 minutes. Stir frequently.
Step 3
Add cheeses and stir until melted. Add pepper and more chicken base to taste.
Step 4
Remove from heat and serve.
