Ingredients

1kgchicken wings

salt

1 tspturmeric

1 tsppaprika

1 TbspGhee

1 Tbspolive oil

½ tspcumin seeds

1cinnamon stick

2onions
sliced

salt

1 Tbspginger garlic paste

1 tsptumeric powder

1 tspcoriander powder

1 tspcumin powder

1 tspchilli powder

2Green Chilli
Fresh

2tomatoes
chopped

fresh coriander

1 tspgaram masala

0.5juice of lemon

0.5ginger
Sliced ginger
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and pat dry the chicken wings, add the salt and tumeric powder and paprika and massage into the chicken wings




Step 2
Add the ghee and fry the wings until the wings have a nice crust

Step 3
Take the wings out and add in some oil and add in the onions with a pinch of salt to soften the onions then add in the ginger garlic paste, fry it for a bit and then mash it with a potato masher for smoother consistency




Step 4
Add in all the remaining spices and a generous amount of water and add the chicken wings and simmer on low for 15minutes




Step 5
Then add the chillis, fresh sliced ginger, fresh tomato and coriander, half a lemon juice and some garam masala. Cook this until the water has evaporated
