Deconstructed Beef and Veggie Pasta
A deconstructed beef and vegetable pasta dish to keep textures separate while still providing a balanced meal.

Instructions
Step 1
Cook the Pasta – Boil in water until soft but not mushy.
Good Wheat Penne12 oz
Step 2
Brown the Beef – Cook in a pan with onions (if tolerated) and season with simple herbs and spices.

Step 3
Prepare the Sauce – Heat canned tomato sauce or diced tomatoes in a separate pot. Add mild seasonings like garlic powder or Italian herbs.
If texture is an issue, you can blend the sauce for smoothness and mash veggies like cauliflower into the sauce to sneak in extra nutrients.



Step 4
Steam Veggies Separately – Cook broccoli and peas/corn individually to keep textures distinct.



Step 5
Serve Deconstructed – Plate pasta, add beef on top or on the side, drizzle with tomato sauce, and offer veggies separately so the kids can eat what they tolerate.
