Instructions
Step 1
Sprinkle each sausage evenly with salt with cumin. refrigerate for at least 15m


Step 2
Wash each bell pepper and cut the bottoms and tops off thin to maximize pepper meat. Dice bell peppers, discarding the inside flesh and seeds. Season with a pinch of salt and smoked paprika, combine and set aside.





Step 3
Use a pan on medium heat and add oil. When oil is hot, add sausage and brown for 2 minutes.


Step 4
Add peppers to pan, sautee for 3 minutes. Turn heat to low and cover, letting them cook during the next steps.




Step 5
Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil. Add pasta and stir occasionally. Cook for 7 minutes, drain and return to pot.

Step 6
Uncover pan and carefully remove sausages. Cut into pieces about 1 inch thick and return to pan, add garlic and butter. Saute for about 2 minutes before combining everything into the pot with pasta


Step 7
Add sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and toss, repeat until using as many as desired. Finish with a light squeeze of lemon juice and plate garnished with fresh parsley.
