Saucy chicken chili over rice

Ingredients
8 servings

2 lbschicken breast
fresh or frozen

1can cream of chicken soup

1 canwater

1 tblgarlic salt

2 Tbltaco seasoning

1 Tblchicken base powder
1can mild tomatoes and chilis
1can mild chilis
small

2 cupsdry rice

butter

1 tspgarlic salt

1 tspchicken base powder

1 tsptaco seasoning

1 cupdry pinto beans
or mixed dry

1 cupdry black beans
dry chicken base powder

2 Tbltaco seasoning

1 tspgarlic salt
Instructions
Step 1
Add the chicken soup and water to the crock pot and mix together.
Step 2
Add the chicken to the pot and season with the first set of seasonings then the tomatoes and chilis.
Step 3
Cook on high for 4 hours.
Step 4
Pull out the chicken, shred it, then return it to the crockpot.
Step 5
Cook the dry beans in the bean and grain cooker. Don't forget to season them with the second set of seasonings after they've been weighed.
Step 6
Drain the cooked and soft beans and add them to the chicken mix in the crock pot.
Step 7
Cook the rice in the grain and rice cooker. Don't forget to season the rice with the third set of seasonings and add butter after it's been weighed.
Step 8
Serve the saucy chicken and beans over a bed of rice.
Step 9
Top with sour cream and hot sauce if desired. Would be nice with cilantro leaves as garnish and/or avocado chunks. Tortilla chips would be good too.
