500mlmilk

400mlbeef stock

Instructions
Step 1
Fry off minced sausage meat and mince beef with worstershire sauce, salt, pepper. Put aside after browning off.
Step 2
Add chopped onion, Celery, grated carrot, and sweat down.
Step 3
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add oregano, basil, white white and reduce until almost a dry pan.
Step 4
Add tomato puree and cook for 1 minute. Add tinned tomato, beef stock, balsamic vinegar, paprika, bay leaves. Reduce heat and simmer.
Step 5
Once reduced to almost dry, add passata
Step 6
Melt butter, add flour, add milk to make a roux.
Step 7
Add nutmeg, onion powder, cheddar cheese
Step 8
Layer meat sauce, pasta sheets, roux, then sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan between layers.
Step 9
Cook in the oven until golden on top.
