Instructions

Step 1
Preheat Oven: Set to 200°C (400°F). Line two baking dishes with parchment paper or lightly grease them.

Make marinade

Whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, chili flakes, and salt.

Coat chicken

Pat the chicken thighs dry, then toss them in the marinade. If time allows, marinate for 20-30 minutes for better flavor.

Arrange and bake

Place chicken thighs skin-side up in two baking dishes, making sure they are not crowded. Bake at 200°C (400°F) 35 -40 minutes

Baste with pan juices halfway through for a richer glaze

Broil for Extra Glaze: In the last 5 minutes, turn the oven to broil mode to caramelize the glaze.

Rest and serve

Step 7
