Are you a fan of biscoff cookies?
1 cup Biscoff cookies
1/2 cup softened cream cheese
1/2 cup Biscoff spread
1 cup white chocolate melts
Crumbled Biscoff cookies (optional)
Melted Biscoff spread (optional)
Crush Biscoff cookies in the food processor add Biscoff spread and cream cheese process until combined well. Form mixture into tablespoon size circles and place on a parchment lined sheet pan. Refrigerate minimum of 30 minutes. Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals stirring in between until mixture is fully melted. Coat truffles with chocolate and place back on parchment lined sheet pan top with crushed cookies and drizzle melted spread on top. Place back in the refrigerator to harden up for 30 minutes then enjoy!
