Instructions

Step 1
Freezing Day Make small slits around the roast and push thin slices of garlic into them, In bowl combine vinegat, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper. Put roast into a freezer bag and pour in marinade, Freeze.
Step 2
Reheating Instructions Defrost roast in refrigerator 24 hours, and cook in slow cooker on low for 8-10 hours.
