Creamy Tomato, Mushroom & Meatball Pasta

Step 1

Prepare onion - Medium slice

Step 2

Cook meatballs in oil for 14-17 minutes on medium high heat. Cook Pasta at the same time, putting both to the side when cooked.

Step 3

Add 1tbsp of butter to the meatball pan - Cook onion on medium heat for 2 minutes. - Add mushroom and cook for 5 minutes. - Add 1 tsp of butter and 1tsp garlic, once melted together mix throughout. cooking for 1 minute. - Add tin of tomatoes and cook for a further 2 minutes. - Add creamy tomato sauce and simmer for 2 minutes on low to medium heat.

Step 4

Combine sauce with pasta in the saucepan and serve.
