Instructions
Step 1

Preheat oven to 425F. Cut veggies into bite-sized pieces. Slice scallions and sperate white from green.
Step 2
Toss broccoli in a drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper. Toss carrots with oil, a pinch of chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Spread on baking sheet(s). Roast 20-25 min, tossing halfway through
Step 3
Pat pork dry and season with garlic powder, remaining chili flakes, salt and pepper. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over med-high heat. Add pork and cook 4-6 min per side. Transfer to cutting board and turn pan to low.
Step 4
Add scallion whites to pan and cook until soft. Add glaze and 1/3 cup water and simmer until bubbling, 2-3 min. Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted.
Step 5
Slice pork and add back to pan with sauce. Toss to coat.
Step 6
Serve with drizzle of remaining sauce and top with scallion greens
