Chef's Notes:
Store-Bought Shortcut: If using store-bought dough, brush the crust with 1 Tbsp olive oil mixed with 1 Tbsp hemp seeds before adding sauce to boost protein content.
Extra Protein Option: For additional protein, serve with a side of Greek yogurt mixed with herbs as a dipping sauce.
Texture Tip: The white beans add creamy pockets throughout the pizza while boosting protein - don't skip this ingredient!
Make Ahead: The turkey topping can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated to save time.

Instructions
Prepare Protein-Enhanced Dough
Step 1
For homemade high-protein dough, replace 1/3 of flour with chickpea flour and add 2 Tbsp hemp seeds to your regular pizza dough recipe
Step 2
Position an oven rack in the bottom half of the oven. Preheat to 260°C (500°F).
Step 3
Place the pizza dough on a lightly oiled quarter sheet pan (23×33 cm). Gently press the dough until it covers most of the sheet pan, creating a slightly thicker edge.
Step 4
Cover and let sit while you prep the toppings.
Prepare Protein Toppings
Step 5
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey with 1 tsp Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
Step 6
In a small bowl, mash white beans with a fork and season with a pinch of salt and garlic powder.
Make Enhanced Sauce
Step 7
In a small saucepan, melt 1 Tbsp butter. Add 2 cloves chopped garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Step 8
Remove from heat and stir in sriracha and tamari.
Step 9
Let cool slightly, then fold in Greek yogurt until well combined.
Assemble Pizza
Step 10
Spread the protein-enhanced sauce evenly over the prepared dough.
Step 11
Layer in this order: Spread white bean mixture in small dollops
Sprinkle pickled jalapeños and pepperoncini
Add sliced mushrooms and bell peppers
Distribute cooked turkey evenly
Sprinkle cheese blend
Top with turkey pepperoni
Step 12
Bake until bubbly and a crispy cheese crust has formed, about 12-15 minutes.
Prepare Garlic Butter Topping
Step 13
While pizza is baking, melt 1 Tbsp butter with 2 cloves thinly sliced garlic in a small pan.
Step 14
Cook until garlic turns golden and crisp, then add the sliced fresh jalapeños and remove from heat.
Finish and Serve
Step 15
When pizza is done, remove from oven and loosen edges with a spatula.
Step 16
Drizzle with the garlic butter and top with fresh herbs.
Step 17
Slice into 4 large squares and serve immediately.
