Instructions

Step 1
Add rice, water, and cinnamon sticks to a bowl. Cover and let sit for 24 hours at least

Blend the rice water mixture well (including the cinnamon sticks. You can leave one out to add to the pitcher for better flavor)
Step 3
Pour blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher
Step 4
OPTIONAL: squeeze through a cheesecloth (do small amounts at a time)
Step 5
Add the milk to the pitcher and mix

Pour over ice (or let sit in the fridge overnight) and serve

For leftovers, cover the pitcher in cling wrap or pour into an airtight container.
