Instructions
Step 1
Cut the ciabatta in half, slice the mozzarella and grade the parmesan cheese.
Step 2
Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil on each bread half.
Step 3
Top the bottom bread half with prosciutto.
Step 4
Drizzle on the olive oil, lemon juice and balsamic cream.
Step 5
Sprinkle on the parmesan cheese.
Step 6
Top the other bread half with arugula and mozzarella.
Step 7
Put the two halves together and enjoy!
