Instructions

Step 1
Put the rucola, some olive oil, garlic, salt, pinecones and grated parmesan in a food processor. Mix for a minute to have a pesto.

Step 2
Take a large bowl, put the tuna in it with some mayo, chopped onions, olives and capers. Smash roughly with a fork.

Cut the bread in half and spread some rucola pesto on both sides.

Place some salad and dried tomato on the bottom side, add the tuna mixture.
