Step 1
Season the cubed chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, garlic, chili powder, paprika, and cumin. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Cook in avocado cooking spray until done.
Step 3
Mix corn, mayo, cheese, lime, jalapeño, cilantro, avocado, and Tajín together for salsa.
Step 4
