½ cupcreamy peanut butter

2 tablespoonssoy sauce

1 tablespoonrice vinegar
or lime juice

1 tablespoonhoney
or brown sugar

1 teaspoonsesame oil

1 teaspoongrated ginger

2cloves garlic
minced

½ teaspoonred pepper flakes

1 tablespoonSriracha
or chili paste, optional

1 tablespoonpeanuts
chopped, for garnish, optional

1 tablespoonfresh cilantro
chopped, optional
Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar (or lime juice), honey (or brown sugar), sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
Step 2
Slowly add the coconut milk (or water) while whisking until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
Step 3
Taste and adjust – add more lime for tang, more honey for sweetness, or extra soy sauce for saltiness. If you like heat, stir in the Sriracha or chili paste. Garnish with chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro, if using.
