½ cbrown sugar

½ cwhite sugar

2 tspvanilla
150gsourdough discard
1 cmilk
1 tspsalt
2 tspbaking powder
2 cflour

Instructions
Batter:
Step 1
Mix the butter and sugars together.
Step 2
Add sourdough discard, eggs, milk, and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Mix in salt, baking powder, and flour until combined.
Filling
Step 4
Mix all ingredients together in separate bowl.
Topping
Step 5
Mix all ingredients together in separate bowl.
Assembly
Step 6
Layer batter, filling, batter, topping into greased and lined 8x8 pan.
Bake
Step 7
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
