Instructions

Step 1
Spread the watermelon cubes on a baking sheet and freeze.
Step 2
2. Remove frozen watermelon and frozen strawberries from the freezer a few minutes before making sorbet, to soften slightly.
Step 3
3. Add to a blender or food processor along with remaining ingredients and blend well for a few minutes.
Step 4
4. Freeze for 1 hour, then blend again for a smooth texture.
Step 5
5. Remove sorbet from the freezer a few minutes before serving to soften slightly to the perfect consistency.
