Instructions
Step 1
Pour 500 ml of warm water (40°C/104°F) into the mixer bowl.
ADD
20g of salt
40g of sugar
10g of dry yeast
35g 7 tablespoons of flour
mix well to dissolve the yeast
let it rest for 5 minutes
THEN
add all the flour
With the dough hook
Mix until dough starts to come together
THEN
add a tablespoon butter
Continue mixing until combined
Step 2
Grease the surface with a little bit of butter
knead the dough slightly [until smooth]
Grease a larger bowl, with butter
Place dough in bowl cover it with plastic wrap and leave it at room temperature until double in size.
Step 3
After it has risen
divide into 2 pieces and roll out each piece
add seeds and roll up
Place the rolled dough in a greased baking dish
set in a warm place until double in volume.
Step 4
When the dough has doubled in volume
preheat the oven to (390° )
spray the bread with warm water
and bake for 30 minutes
take the bread out of the oven, spray it with water, cover it with a towel and let it cool down.
