Instructions

Step 1
Combine yeast, sugar, salt & warm water. Allow to sit to activate yeast for about 8-10 minutes
Step 2
In a stand mixer add your flour, yoghurt & activated yeast.
Step 3
On a low speed bring ingredients together before turning up speed & continue mixing until you have a smooth dough ball
Step 4
Remove dough from bowl, oil the inside of the bow and return dough back. Cover tightly and leave to rest in a draught-free spot for at least an hour until doubled in size
Step 5
Put a pizza stone into your oven and preheat to 250°C
Step 6
Portion dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll out each dough to the size of a medium sized pizza. Top each pizza with the zataar paste or a mix of cheese.
Step 7
Place in a very hot oven for about 3-5 minutes. Until cooked and golden. Serve hot.
