Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 45 seconds, stir, and microwave for another 15–30 seconds until fully melted and combined.


Step 3
Stir in almond flour, egg, and optional seasonings. Mix until a soft dough forms (wet hands help).




Step 4
Divide dough into 4 portions. Flatten each piece and wrap it around a sausage link.
Step 5
Place on baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
