Instructions
Step 1
Freeze beef for 30–60 mins, then slice against the grain into 1/8–1/4 inch strips.

2. Mix all marinade ingredients.

3. Add beef to marinade and refrigerate overnight.

4. Preheat oven to 170°F. Place beef strips on a wire rack over a foil-lined baking sheet.

5. Bake for 3–5 hours, flipping halfway through.

6. Jerky is done when dry but still flexible.

7. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
