Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8-inch round or square cake pan.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together: flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk: almond milk, oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract.

4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until just smooth — don’t overmix.
Step 5
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Step 6
6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 7
7. Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
