Instructions
Step 1
Sliced zucchini thinly, I recommend a mandolin or food processor attachment

Step 2
Dry zucchini slices with a paper towel
Step 3
Combine flour, cornstarch, and spices except for salt
Step 4
Put oil in a heavy bottom pot, heat at medium high until about 350 Fahrenheit
Step 5
In batches, lightly coat zucchini slices in flour mixture, then put in oil
Step 6
Fry each batch for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy
Step 7
Remove zucchini from oil and set on a paper towel lined plate
Step 8
Sprinkle with salt to taste and toss
