Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Mix wet ingredients: In a bowl, beat softened butter, sweetener, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. 3. Add dry ingredients: Stir in almond flour, baking soda, and salt until a dough forms. 4. Fold in chocolate chips using a spatula. 5. Shape the cookies: Scoop about a tablespoon of dough per cookie onto the baking sheet. Flatten slightly with your hand. 6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. 7. Cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
