Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the grated cheddar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, milk, season with salt and pepper and mix until it forms a thick, spreadable paste.
Step 2
Lightly spray one side of each slice of bread (this will help crisp the bottom in the air fryer).
Step 3
Pre heat your air fryer on 190c for about 2/3 minutes.
Step 4
After preheating, place your bread in spray side up for 2-3 minutes, or until it starts to toast a little, (this will help to firm your bread before you place on your cheese mixture).
Step 5
Carefully remove the bread, then generously spread the cheesy mixture on the toasted side of each slice.
Step 6
Spray the mixture and carefully place the bread back into the air fryer cheese mix side up. Air fry for 4-5 minutes, or until your cheese mix is bubbling and starting to brown.
Step 7
When they are finished cooking, place on slice on the top of the other and serve with a crisp green rocket salad.
