Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bagel in half. Spread both sides with butter. Toast until golden brown.
Step 2
Slice the fig and mozzarella. Chop the walnuts.
Step 3
Spread the bottom half of the bagel with the basil mayonnaise. Place the arugula on top.
Step 4
Alternate the bagel with a slice of mozzarella and fig.
Step 5
Drizzle on the honey and sprinkle on the walnuts.
Step 6
Drizzle on the balsamic cream and place the basil leaves on top.
Step 7
Stack the other bagel half on top and enjoy!
