This is my favorite sandwich ever . It’s got spice it’s got flavor it’s got cheese and crunch it’s super delicious ! You gotta try this !

Step 1
Drain the tuna then add it to a large bowl with the diced green and red peppers chili scallions gochujang Mayo hot sauce red pepper flakes and white pepper and mix together . At this stage feel free to add salt but I don’t as the cheese will be salty

Step 2
Tear the mozzarella into pieces then mix into the tuna mix then butter your favorite crusty bread on both sides and put it under the grill and toast it ! You can just put it in a toaster as a short cut but this is tastier .

Once the bread is toasted top with the filling then add grated cheese on top and put back under the grill until golden and melted
