Instant Pot Cheesy Kielbasa Pasta (Stove top version)

A redo of the dish posted here, https://eatinginaninstant.com/instant-pot-cheesy-kielbasa-pasta/?utm_source=whisk&utm_medium=android&utm_campaign=instant_pot_cheesy_kielbasa_pasta There is very little time difference, and you're just using an extra pot for the pasta. Using a Dutch oven seems to give a little more room and maneuverability. In addition, you have more control over the cooking process. So have fun, and if you don't like it, you can always do the Instant Pot method.
