Step 1
1 . Preheat your oven to 425°F. Dab the chicken wings with paper towels and ensure they are completely dry. 3 . Toss the wings with flour, salt, and pepper. Brush them with olive oil or use an olive oil spray. 4. Line the pan with foil and place parchment paper on top. Bake for 35 minutes and turn halfway. 5. Mince the garlic. 6. Slice the red chillis down the middle into two long pieces. Remove all of the seeds with the tip of your knife and dice the chillis into small pieces. 7. Combine the sauce ingredients in a small pan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. 8. Remove the wings from the oven and toss in the sauce. Put them back in the oven for another 10 minutes. 9. Take the wings out and allow them to cool for 10 minutes, stirring every few minutes. 10. Serve and enjoy!
