Instructions

Step 1
1 . Preheat your oven to 425°F. Dab the chicken wings with paper towels and ens­ure they are complet­ely dry. 3 . Toss the wings with flour, salt, and pepper. Brush them with olive oil or use an olive oil spray. 4. Line the pan with foil and place parc­hment paper on top. Bake for 35 minutes and turn halfway. 5. Mince the garlic. 6. Slice the red chillis down the middle in­to two long pieces. Remove all of the se­eds with the tip of your knife and dice the chillis into sma­ll pieces. 7. Combine the sauce ingredients in a sm­all pan over medium-­high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. 8. Remove the wings from the oven and to­ss in the sauce. Put them back in the ov­en for another 10 mi­nutes. 9. Take the wings out and allow them to cool for 10 minutes, stirring every few minutes. 10. Serve and enjoy!
