Step 1
Heat skillet and season with oil. Season meat and cook meat until brown.
Step 2
Remove from pan and set aside.

Saute veggies with bone broth in same pan until tender.

Add in garlic and meat and mix together. Top with cheese and cover to melt.

Serve with tortillas and salsa
