Instructions

Step 1
Add oil to a large Dutch oven and place it liver medium-high heat. Add onion, peppers and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add the ground beef, seasoning, and break it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook for 6-7 minutes until the beef has browned, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add tomato passata, rotel, beer, and hot sauce. Stir well. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low to gently simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let the chili rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
