This full recipe makes enough seasoning for 4-6 pounds of shrimp. Use 2 tablespoons per pound of shrimp for very-well-seasoned shrimp that you're serving over rice, in a salad, or in another dish that doesn't have a ton of flavor. However, use less, 4 teaspoons of seasoning per pound, when the shrimp are served on their own (like a skewer appetizer) or if there are a lot of other sauces, seasonings or other flavorful items involved in the dish.
