Banana bread

This quick and easy banana bread recipe only uses one bowl, no mixer needed and less than 10 minutes prep time

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x5 inch bread pan with non stick spray, grease with oil or line with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine bananas, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Step 3
Add flour and baking soda and gently mix until incorporated DO NOT over mix.
Step 4
Pour the batter into the bread pan.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes, remove from the oven and cover loosely with foil, then continue to bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. This method prevents the crust from burning.
