Instructions
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil & salt it. Add the pasta & cook according to package.


Step 2
While the pasta cooks, rub the inside of a small pot with the garlic, then heat over medium heat.


Step 3
Melt the butter, then add the flour & cook for 1 minute.



Step 4
Whisk in the milk & cook to thicken, a couple minutes. Season the sauce with salts, mustard, thyme, pepper, and garlic powder. Mince garlic and add to sauce.









Step 5
Stir cheese into the sauce until melted. Remove from the heat.


Step 6
Drain the pasta and add it to the cheese sauce to combine.



Step 7
Add more seasoned salt and garlic powder if needed.
