that thing is waaayyy too small for a cake !!! i made 4 muffins out of it, and added 150g chopped pears and 50g grated zucchini, and the muffins are still like usual, so not big muffins! such a scam!!!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180c.
Step 2
Make the frosting by simply combining every ingredient in a bowl and mix together. set aside in the fridge.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, beat together the egg and the sugar until light and fluffy for about 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer batter to a lined 12 cm cake tin.
Step 5
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 6
Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes in the tin before removing
Step 7
Frost the cake, cut in 4 equal pieces and enjoy.
