15glow fat butter
melted

3 Tbsmonk fruit sweetener

⅓ cuptruvia brown sugar blend
zero calorie, or regular light brown sugar cals will be higher

½ tspvanilla essense

65gplain flour

¼ tspbicarbonate of soda

20gdark chocolate
Sprinkle over after baked
Instructions
Step 1

Combine the melted (cooled) butter, sugars , egg and vanilla in a large bowl until it forms a wet sand-like paste
Step 2

Add flour and bicarbonate soda , fold in gently (do not overmix)
Step 3

Cut the chocolate into chunks and at to the dough
Step 4

Chill the dough for at least 1-2 hours (i left mine overnight)
Step 5

Divide dough into 5 , place each piece onto a nonstick tray or lined with parchment paper
Step 6

Add toppings of choice or leave it as is (i used extra chocolate)
Step 7

Bake for 12-20 mins at 175 C (after baked, sprinkle some flaky salt over the cookies)
Step 8

They should be soft after baking , leave them to cool and they will turn chewy
