Instructions

Step 1
Mix the garlic, chilli, vinegar, herbs and oil together in a small bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
Step 2
Combine the lamb and egg in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper. Using wet hands shape the mixture into a thick patty slightly wider than the burger bun. If you want to make the burger in advance, lay it on a plate and cover with clingfilm at this stage then refrigerate until you're ready to cook.
Step 3
Set a griddle pan over a high heat and fry the burger for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a warm plate to rest.
Step 4
Spread the cut sides of the buns with the yoghurt, lay the burger on top and spread the chimichurri mix over. Top with the feta and rocket then sandwich together and serve.
