Ingredients

1 lblean ground turkey
1onion
large, diced
4cloves garlic
minced
1bell pepper
diced
1zucchini
finely grated
1carrot
finely grated
1can black beans
1can kidney beans
1can diced tomatoes
1 cupchicken broth
1 tablespoontomato paste
1 Tbspchili powder
1 Tbspcumin
1 tsppaprika
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
1 tablespoonavocado oil
1 tablespoonflaxseed meal
Instructions
Step 1
In pot, add oil and cook onion/pepper. Add garlic in last minute
Step 2
Add turkey, brown and break it up, season with salt and pepper
Step 3
Add grated tomato paste, zucchini, carrot, cumin, and paprika
Step 4
Add broth, beans, and tomato. Bring to simmer
Step 5
Add flaxseed meal. simmer for 5 minutes
